What is included in the membership?
Our membership covers UNLIMITED wash, nail trim (no dremel), ear cleaning, and towel dry only.

How long does it take to bathe my dog?
30 Minutes. Your appointment time will be scheduled (I.e. 1:00-1:30) and you will be expected to pickup at that time. Failure to pickup within 30 minutes will incur $24 daycare fee.
Is this service only available to boarding and daycare dogs?
Absolutely not! For clients not wishing to have their dog bathed during daycare or boarding, you simply schedule your appointment online. You will drop your dog off at the scheduled time, and will have 30 minutes to pick your dog up once we call to let you know that he/she is ready. If you cannot pick up within 30 minutes, there will be a $24 daycare fee.
What papers/documents do I need to get started?
Each new client will need to complete a New Client Registration form to be added to our system. From there, you will be prompted to enter your information and upload vaccination records. We require DHPP, Rabies and Bordetella to be current. Bordetella MUST be current within the past 6 months.
What is the special shampoo that you use?
We use a pH balanced degreasing shampoo that is not only great for deodorizing the coat, but it is crafted with colloidal oatmeal to calm and moisturize dry, itchy, and irritated skin. This is specifically great for frequent usage to leave your dog's skin soft and silky!
What is the wellness check?
We conduct basic health checks during grooming, including skin and coat assessment to identify any potential concerns that we need to bring to your attention.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely! There are NO contracts, and you may cancel your membership any time. We ask that you contact us within 3 days of your next scheduled payment. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority!
