The duration of the program is for 6 weeks, which totals for 12 sessions. We understand that life can happen, and you may need to miss a training session. If this happens, please let us know as soon as possible. A makeup session will be arranged on a Tuesday or Thursday to keep your puppy on track. NO refunds will be given.
